Common use of Limited Operation Clause in Contracts

Limited Operation. If any of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities are not reasonably expected to be completed prior to the Interconnection Customer’s planned date of Initial Operation, and provided that the Interconnected Transmission Owner has accepted the Customer Interconnection Facilities pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Transmission Provider shall, upon the request and at the expense of Interconnection Customer, perform appropriate power flow or other operating studies on a timely basis to determine the extent to which the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities may operate prior to the completion of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards, Good Utility Practice, and the Interconnection Service Agreement.
