Limited Rights of Termination. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby expressly agreed that outside the scope of Sections 14.2.1 and 15.12 Apogee shall have no right to terminate this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Apogee shall not be entitled to terminate this Agreement for any reason whatsoever once all Royalty Terms have expired.
