Common use of Limited to Maximum Contract Sum Clause in Contracts

Limited to Maximum Contract Sum. It is the responsibility of Services Provider not to provide services or submit invoices that exceed the allowable fee amount established for any specific project in the Services Provider Work Order issued by the Owner. Services provided, and/or expenses incurred that exceed the established fee amount for any specific project without Owner's written consent will be at Services Provider's financial risk and Owner shall not be obligated to pay for any such services or expenses.
