Limited Use of Leads. The Independent Contractor agrees and understands that all leads provided to it or to its Down-Line agents must only be used (i) to sell Life Insurance Products authorized by NAA® through NAA® or the Carriers or (ii) to recruit insurance agents to sell Life Insurance Products through the Carriers (solely within or pursuant to NAA®’s contract with those Carriers). NAA® may further recover all commissions earned on such sales in violation of this provision in addition to any other remedies for breach of this Agreement.

Limited Use of Leads. Independent Contractor agrees and understands that all leads provided to it or to its down-line agents must only be used (i) to sell insurance or products authorized by AGI Financial through AGI Financial or AGI Financial Contracted Life Insurance Companies or (ii) to recruit insurance agents to sell insurance or products through AGI Financial Contracted Life Insurance Companies (solely within or pursuant to AGI Financial's contract with those insurance companies). Independent Contractor further agrees and understands that if it uses leads from the Lead Program to sell insurance or products or recruit agents for any other insurance company, insurance agency, or other person entity or entity, then AGI Financial may demand or require the termination of the Independent Contractor's contract with the Contracted Insurance Company and may terminate this Agreement. AGI Financial may further recover all commissions earned on such sales.

Related to Limited Use of Leads

  • Limited Use Each Party agrees it shall not, without the prior written consent of the other Party or as permitted by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do any of the following: (i) disclose any Confidential Information to any third party; (ii) permit any third party access to such Confidential Information; or (iii) use Confidential Information for any purpose other than collecting debt on the Referred Account s referred to Agency by Client.

  • Use of Leave An employee does not need to use this leave entitlement in one block. Leave can be taken intermittently or on a reduced leave schedule when medically necessary. Employees must make reasonable efforts to schedule leave for planned medical treatment so as not to unduly disrupt the employer’s operations. Leave due to qualifying exigencies may also be taken on an intermittent basis.

  • USE OF LEASED PREMISES The Lessor is leasing the Premises to the Lessee and the Lessee is hereby agreeing to lease the Premises for the following use and purpose: Any change in use or purpose the Premises other than as described above shall be upon prior written consent of Lessor only.

  • Use of Leased Property Xxxxxx agrees to use the Leased Property only as residence. Xxxxxx agrees to obey all federal, state and local laws and regulations when using the Leased Property. The fact that Tenant may have conflict with a roommate will not act as grounds to terminate this Lease. In the event that Xxxxxx is arrested for or charged with any crime (other than a traffic related offense not involving illegal or controlled substances) during the term of the Lease, and/or Landlord is presented with evidence of activities of Tenant which shall constitute a nuisance or a threat to Landlord, other tenants, the Leased Property or the development, Landlord shall have the right to evict Tenant from the Leased Property.

  • Abuse of Leave If it is found that a leave is not actually being used for the purpose for which it was granted, the Employer may cancel the leave and direct the employee to report for work by giving written notice to the employee.

  • Use of Likeness As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.
