Common use of Limits of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Limits of Coverage. 9.2.1 Minimum limits of insurance coverage shall be as follows: INSURANCE DESCRIPTION/MINIMUM REQUIRED COVERAGE W orker’s Compensation: Limits for: Coverage A - Statutory State of N.C. Coverage B - Employers Liability $500,000 each accident and policy limit and disease each employee Commercial General Liability: Not-to-exceed the greater of (1) the FIRM’s compensation as set forth in Section 2.4 or (2) the total sum paid on behalf of or to FIRM by FIRM’s insurers in settlement or satisfaction of TOWN’s claims under the terms and conditions of FIRM’s insurance policies applicable hereto.
