Basic Coverages. Subd. 1. Faculty Member and Family Health Coverage. a. Minnesota Advantage Health Plan (Advantage). The health coverage portion of the State Employee Group Insurance Program is provided through the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan (Advantage), a self-insured health plan offering four (4) Benefit Level options. Provider networks and claim administration are provided by multiple plan administrators. Coverage offered through Advantage is determined by Section F, Subd. 1, paragraph b. below. b. Coverage under the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan (Advantage). From July 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005, health coverage under the SEGIP will continue at the level in effect on June 30, 2005. Effective January 1, 2006, Advantage will cover eligible services subject to the copayments, deductibles and coinsurance coverage limits stated. Services provided through Advantage are subject to the managed care procedures and principles, including standards of medical necessity and appropriate practice of the plan administrators. Coverage details are provided in the Advantage Summary of Benefits.

  • Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:

  • Coverage If any of the aforementioned liability insurance is arranged on a "claims made" basis, "tail" coverage will be required at the completion of this contract for a duration of 24 months or the maximum time period the PURCHASER's insurer will provide such if less than 24 months. PURCHASER will be responsible for furnishing certification of "tail" coverage as described or continuous "claims made" liability coverage for 24 months following contract completion. Continuous "claims made" coverage will be acceptable in lieu of "tail" coverage, provided its retroactive date is on or before the effective date of this contract.
