Common use of Limits of Operations Clause in Contracts

Limits of Operations. Construction Manager will confine its apparatus, equipment, storage of materials and operation of the workmen to the limits indicated by local ordinances, permits, or by direction of Owner, and will not unreasonably encumber the Project Site with materials or equipment. The Construction Manager acknowledges that construction operations will be restricted when school is in session and that the Construction Manager will not be permitted to impact student learning.
