Limits on Right to Grieve or Appeal Transfer Decisions and Assignments. Teachers shall have no right to use the District’s grievance procedures to grieve a District initiated transfer decision. Professional staff other than teachers shall have no right to appeal or use the District’s grievance procedures to challenge a transfer decision. No employee shall be entitled to appeal or use the District’s grievance procedures to challenge a change in assignment.
