TRANSFERS, ASSIGNMENTS AND REASSIGNMENTS. 6-1 No later than April 15th of each school year, the Superintendent shall make available to the Association and post in all school buildings a list of all the known unfilled positions, which he/she expects to fill prior to the opening of school. Revisions of the aforementioned list shall be made as of June 1 and during the summer. During the summer the list will be posted in the SAU 90 Office and on the district website. It also shall be forwarded to the Association President and Secretary at their summer addresses as filed with the Board.

TRANSFERS, ASSIGNMENTS AND REASSIGNMENTS. 14.1 Information regarding vacancies will be provided to all teachers and the Association within three days of the vacancy. These vacancies will be posted in each school’s main office and teacher’s room.
TRANSFERS, ASSIGNMENTS AND REASSIGNMENTS. A Teacher shall be employed and assigned on the basis of his/her professional qualifications as prescribed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire and the regulations of the New Hampshire Department of Education, for the assignment involved.
TRANSFERS, ASSIGNMENTS AND REASSIGNMENTS. A teacher who desires a change in grade and/or subject assignment within the New Castle School District may file a written statement of such desire with the superintendent no later than March 1st. The individual’s qualifications, and school administrative unit-wide balance of experience, shall be considerations. The final decision pertaining to assignments rests with the superintendent of schools. Upon reaching his/her decision, the superintendent and Board shall notify the parties involved, and the Organization, in writing no later than August 1. 8-1.1 As soon as practicable, and no later than the last two weeks of school, the superintendent shall post in each school, and make available to the New Castle School District, a system-wide roster showing the names and tentative assignments of all personnel. In the event of change of assignment, the teacher involved shall be notified at the earliest possible time; however, every effort shall be made to avoid assignment changes after August 1. In the event of a change of assignment, and upon the request of the teacher, a consultation with the superintendent or his/her designee shall be held. 8-2.0 In order to insure that pupils are taught by teachers working within their areas of competence, teachers will not generally be assigned outside the scope of their teaching certificates, and/or their major, or minor, fields of study. 8-3.0 Notice of all open certificated positions (except classroom teachers) in School Administrative Xxxx 00 xxxxx xx posted in the schools and sent to the Organization. The posting notice shall set forth the qualifications for the position and the minimum salary the Board expects to pay.   • Transfers and Reassignments Definitions "Headquarters" means a locality and its contiguous territory in and from which an employee normally works as provided in Attachment B of this Agreement.

  • Assignments and Transfers 19.1 Any assignment by either Party to any entity of any right, obligation or duty, or of any other interest hereunder, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the other Party shall be void. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld The assignee must provide evidence of a Commission approved certification to provide Telecommunications Service in each state that is subject to this Agreement. After consent has been obtained, the Parties shall amend this Agreement to reflect such assignments and shall work cooperatively to implement any changes required due to such assignment. All obligations and duties of any Party under this Agreement shall be binding on all successors in interest and assigns of such Party. No assignment or delegation hereof shall relieve the assignor of its obligations under this Agreement in the event that the assignee fails to perform such obligations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section, Covad shall not be permitted to assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any entity unless either (1) Covad pays all undisputed outstanding amounts due under this Agreement and the assignee assumes liability for all outstanding disputed amounts due under this Agreement, or 2) the assignee assumes liability for payment of all outstanding amounts due under this Agreement.

  • Transfer and Reassignment An academic staff member may, by agreement between the member and the University, be assigned to a new academic unit (Article 13.9) within the member's field of competence, or to a different geographic location, with no reduction in rank, salary, rights, seniority, or benefits. If the University no longer requires performance of the work associated with the member’s duties outlined in Article 16, the University may temporarily assign other duties to the member. These duties shall be within the member’s competence and shall lead to no reduction in rank, salary, rights, seniority, or benefits for the member.   • Reassignments A. Basic Principles and Reassignments When it is proposed to:

  • Assignment/Reassignment 20.1 An employee shall be assigned/reassigned to a position by the appropriate administrator. Such assignments shall be consistent with the employee's classification except as provided elsewhere in this Article.   • Room Assignments A. The University draws students from many states, nations, races and religions. It will be the responsibility of each resident to respect the rights of all residents in university residence halls. Admission to Texas A&M University – Texarkana and any of its sponsored programs is open to qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability. Room and roommate assignments are made without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

  • Shift Assignments When an opening occurs in a shift assignment in an appropriate work group at a location, preference shall be given to employees within the classification who possess the training, ability and any required special qualifications to perform the work required, on the basis of seniority. In the event that no employee desires a shift assignment, employees shall be selected in order of inverse seniority. This provision shall not apply to necessary training assignments. This provision shall not in itself alter the practice of rotating shifts where such practice presently exists. No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.

  • Additional Assignments The Contractor further agrees to, and if applicable, cause each of its employees to, execute, acknowledge, and deliver all applications, specifications, oaths, assignments, and all other instruments which the City might reasonably deem necessary in order to apply for and obtain copyright protection, mask work registration, trademark registration and/or protection, letters patent, or any similar rights in any and all countries and in order to assign and convey to the City, its successors, assigns and nominees, the sole and exclusive right, title, and interest in and to the deliverables. The Contractor’s obligations to execute, acknowledge, and deliver (or cause to be executed, acknowledged, and delivered) instruments or papers such as those described in this Paragraph 38 a., b., and c. shall continue after the termination of this Contract with respect to such deliverables. In the event the City should not seek to obtain copyright protection, mask work registration or patent protection for any of the deliverables, but should desire to keep the same secret, the Contractor agrees to treat the same as Confidential Information under the terms of Paragraph 37 above.

  • Assignments and Subletting OCCUPANT shall not have the right to assign this Agreement or allow any other person or entity to use or occupy any or all of the FACILITY without the prior written consent of the DISTRICT, which consent may be granted or withheld at the DISTRICT’S sole discretion.
