Limits. A maximum aggregate lifetime eligibility of 176 hours for those eligible employees who, as of June 25, 1979, had completed 26 pay periods and less than 130 pay periods. In the case of such an employee who, as of June 25, 1979, had completed 130 pay periods of continuous employment, the maximum aggregate lifetime eligibility for major medical supplemental paid sick leave shall be 352 hours.
