Mobile Deposit Service. Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, you may use the Service to deposit Items to your Account by creating an Image of the Item using a Capture Device, and transmitting that Image to us for deposit. You may transmit Images to us only from a Capture Device located in the United States.
Mobile Deposit Service. The Mobile Deposit Service allows you to make deposits of the electronic image of a check or Substitute Check (each an "item") to your eligible Accounts by capturing an electronic image of the item with a capture device (such as a camera) on your Mobile Device and submitting images and associated information to us for processing. All terms and conditions of the Mobile Banking Services provided above apply to the Mobile Deposit Service.
Mobile Deposit Service. Our mobile remote deposit capture service allows you to make a Mobile Deposit to your enrolled Account. By using our Mobile Deposit Service, you agree to comply with the following requirements:
Mobile Deposit Service. The Mobile Deposit Service is a remote deposit capture service (referred to as a “Mobile Deposit Service”) that allows you to use a camera-enabled Mobile Device to deposit certain checks (“Eligible Checks” as described below) to your Eligible Accounts by scanning a check and electronically delivering the digital image of the check and associated deposit information to us or our designated processor.
Mobile Deposit Service. When you access Online Banking using the App, you can deposit original personal, business, cashier’s, travelers and US government checks, and US money orders payable solely to you (“Checks”) to an account by capturing images of the Checks and then transmitting those images and other data to us electronically subject to the limitations contained in this Agreement. The Checks will then be processed electronically. You agree to only deposit Checks payable solely to you as permitted by this Agreement. We may elect, at our discretion, to verify the authenticity or content of any transmission by placing a call to any owner or authorized signer but are not required to. We may deny access to the Mobile Deposit Service without prior notice if we are unable to confirm to our satisfaction any person’s authority to access the Mobile Deposit Service or if we believe such action is necessary for security reasons. You agree to be responsible for any transmission or transaction we receive through the Mobile Deposit Service, even if it is not authorized by you.
Mobile Deposit Service. The Mobile Deposit service allows you to make deposits to your ac- counts using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported Mobile Devices.
Mobile Deposit Service. This service is designated to allow you to make deposits to your checking, statement savings, or money market Accounts from home or other remote locations by scanning checks using your mobile device via the Xxxxxx Bank & Trust App and delivering the images and associated deposit information to CB&T or the designated processor. In order to utilize the Mobile Deposit Service, you must maintain all accounts in good standing. Customers must adhere to the terms and conditions to continue use. The bank reserves the right to revoke your access to the Mobile Deposit Service any time misuse is determined. presentment and collection, it shall thereafter be deemed an “item” within the meaning of Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code. You agree that you will not scan and deposit any of the following types of checks or other items which shall be considered ineligible items: “Substitute Checks” as defined by federal law or Image Replacement Documents (as that term is defined by the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act, also known as Check 21) that purport to be substitute checks and have not been previously endorsed by a bank. Checks payable to any person or entity other than the person or entity that owns the account that the check is being deposited into. Any check or item payable jointly, unless deposited into an Account in the name of all payees. Checks previously deposited and returned (For example, Non-sufficient Funds or NSF) Checks containing an alteration on the front of the check or item, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn. Checks payable to two or more persons (where one person is not an account holder of the bank) Checks that are not in their original form with a signature, such as a substitute check or image replacement document Checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States. Checks not payable in United States currency. Checks dated more than 6 months prior to the date of deposit. Checks or items prohibited by the bank's current procedures relating to the service or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your account. Checks with any endorsement on the back other than that specified in this agreement. Mobile Deposit Service. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use the Mobile Deposit Service before you actually do so. You will use the Mobile Deposit Service only in accordance with the instructions posted on our website or as provided on the mobile banking application. You must create an electronic image of checks to be deposited with the camera on your mobile device and then transmit the electronic image to CPB for deposit to your account. You agree to scan and transmit only original checks that are payable only to you. You also agree that you will use the Deposit Service to deposit checks drawn on financial institutions in the United States with a valid ABA routing number and denominated in United States dollars. CPB may use a processing agent to perform a quality assessment of the electronic image of the check and take steps necessary to facilitate the deposit and collection of the check. You agree that the manner in which checks are cleared, presented, or rejected for payment shall be determined by CPB in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to select the clearing agents through which we clear checks. In the event that the Deposit Service is interrupted, unavailable, or checks do not meet the requirements mentioned above, checks must be deposited in person at a branch, by a night drop facility, by mail, or any other acceptable method. Deposit Account. Prior to submission of your deposit, you must select the account to receive the deposit from your eligible checking account(s). This will be considered your settlement account. You will be responsible for reviewing and balancing any settlement account.

Mobile Deposit is designed to allow you to make deposits of checks (“original checks”) to your accounts from home or other remote locations by scanning the original checks and delivering the digital images and associated deposit information (“images”) to us or our processor with your Mobile Device. After you login to Mobile Banking, you may apply for Mobile Deposit.
Mobile Deposit Service. 12.1 Mobile Deposit (or Mobile Deposit service) is designed to allow you to make deposits of checks (“original checks”) to your designated eligible accounts from home or other remote locations by scanning the original checks and delivering the digital images and associated deposit information (“images”) to us or our processor with your mobile device. Use of our Service requires that you have an internet enabled iPhone or Android phone with a camera, be enrolled in our Online Banking Service and have downloaded our latest version of Mobile Banking app. To be eligible for Mobile Deposit, you must be a customer of Abacus Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank” or “us”) with an active checking, savings, or money market account for thirty (30) days. Deposit limits and other conditions may apply. Your use of the Bank’s Mobile Deposit service is governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, your Account Agreement, and the Bank’s Deposit Account Disclosure, all of which are incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Agreements”) . Your enrollment in the Mobile Deposit service constitutes your agreement with the terms and conditions of the Agreements.
