Common use of Limits Clause in Contracts

Limits. The limits of liability set out in this Article 18 may be increased or decreased by mutual consent of the parties, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld by either party, in the event of any factors or occurrences, including substantial increases in the level of jury verdicts or judgments or the passage of state, federal or other governmental compensation plans, or laws which would materially increase or decrease Licensee’s exposure to risk.

Limits. The limits of liability set out in this Article 18 11 may be increased or decreased by mutual consent of the parties, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld by either party, in the event of any relevant factors or occurrences, including substantial increases in the level of jury verdicts or judgments or the passage of state, federal federal, or other governmental compensation plans, plans or laws which would materially increase or decrease Utility’s or Licensee’s exposure to risk.

The limits of liability set out in this Article 18 XXVI may be increased or decreased by mutual consent of the parties, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld by either party, in the event of any factors or occurrences, including substantial increases in the level of jury verdicts or judgments or the passage of state, federal federal, or other governmental compensation plans, or laws which that would materially increase or decrease Licensee’s 's exposure to risk.
