Common use of Line Extensions Clause in Contracts

Line Extensions. JT and Tularik may each prepare and submit to the JDC for consideration plans for development of Product line extensions and the conduct of clinical trials covering indications other than those for which Products are being developed or commercialized in the Territory. Any such line extensions or any additional clinical trials for additional indications will be subject to the approval and supervision of the JDC as part of the ongoing Development of such Product.
