As of the date hereof and, hereafter, as of the applicable date of delivery pursuant to Section 2.1(2), the Account information, as amended and supplemented to such date as provided under Section 2.1(2), contains an accurate description of all Accounts established by the Seller as of the date hereof and, hereafter, as of the applicable date of delivery pursuant to Section 2.1(2), and the information contained therein with respect to the identity of such Accounts, the related Obligors and the Receivables existing thereunder is true and accurate in all material respects as of the date hereof or the applicable date of delivery pursuant to Section 2.1(2), as the case may be.
