Common use of Listing and Listing Updates Clause in Contracts

Listing and Listing Updates. Requesting Carrier will provide Requesting Carrier Directory Customer Listings and Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher on a nonexclusive basis as follows: XV.2.1 Requesting Carrier shall provide its Requesting Carrier Directory Customer Listings to Ameritech or its Publisher in a form and format acceptable to Publisher. Requesting Carrier acknowledges that Ameritech or its Publisher may impose a charge for changes to Requesting Carrier Directory Customer Listings previously provided by Requesting Carrier to Ameritech or its Publisher. XV.2.2 Within one (1) Business Day of installation, disconnection or other change in service (including change of nonlisted or nonpublished status) affecting the directory assistance database or the directory listing of a Requesting Carrier Directory Customer, Requesting Carrier shall provide Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher in a form and format acceptable to Publisher. Listing Updates on Requesting Carrier Directory Customers are to be provided to Ameritech. XV.2.3 Requesting Carrier will cooperate with Publisher to develop a cost-effective, mutually satisfactory, mechanized or electronic process for the provision of Requesting Carrier's Listing Updates to Publisher, which process shall be available for joint testing within six (6) months of the Service Start Date. XV.2.4 Publisher or Ameritech may sell or license the use of Customer Listings, or Listing Updates to third persons without the prior written consent of Requesting Carrier; provided, however, that Publisher or Ameritech will not: (a) disclose nonlisted name and address information to any third person, except as may be necessary to undertake delivery of directories, or to perform other services contemplated under this Agreement; (b) disclose to any third person the identity of a Customer's or resale Customer's LEC; (c) sell or license such Customer listing information sorted by carrier; or (d) disclose listing information for individual cases where Requesting Carrier has notified Ameritech not to include listing for third party publication. XV.2.5 Publisher shall provide initial and secondary delivery of appropriate White Page Directories to Requesting Carrier Directory Customers on the same basis as Publisher delivers White Pages Directories to Ameritech's retail Customers.

Requesting Carrier CLEC acknowledges that Ameritech or its Publisher may impose a charge for changes to Requesting Carrier CLEC Directory Customer Listings previously provided by Requesting Carrier CLEC to Ameritech or its Publisher. Listing Updates on Requesting Carrier CLEC Directory Customers are to be provided to AmeritechAmeritech and Listing Updates for facilities-based Customers of CLEC shall be provided to Publisher. XV.2.3 Requesting Carrier CLEC will cooperate with Publisher to develop a cost-effective, mutually satisfactory, mechanized or electronic process for the provision of Requesting CarrierCLEC's Listing Updates to Publisher, which process shall be available for joint testing within six (6) months of the Service Start Effective Date. XV.2.5 Publisher shall provide initial and secondary delivery of appropriate White Page Directories to Requesting Carrier Directory for resale Customers of CLEC on the same basis as Publisher delivers White Pages Directories to Ameritech's retail Customers. Publisher and CLEC may enter into a separate directory services agreement which, among the services provided, would include the delivery of White Page Directories to facilities-based Customers of CLEC.

Requesting Carrier AWS will provide Requesting Carrier AWS Directory Customer Primary Listings and Listing Updates to Ameritech CBT or its Publisher on a nonexclusive non-exclusive basis as follows: XV.2.1 Requesting Carrier 35.2.1 AWS shall provide its Requesting Carrier AWS Directory Customer Primary Listings to Ameritech CBT or its Publisher in a mutually agreeable form and format acceptable to Publisherformat. Requesting Carrier AWS acknowledges that Ameritech CBT or its Publisher may impose a charge for changes to Requesting Carrier AWS Directory Customer Primary Listings previously provided by Requesting Carrier AWS to Ameritech CBT or its Publisher; however, in no event shall such charge be greater than the amount CBT charges its Customers and such charge shall be calculated in the same manner as Publisher charges CBT for such charge. XV.2.2 35.2.2 Within one two (12) Business Day of installation, (unless changed by the Commission in the MTSS) disconnection or other change in service (including change of nonlisted non- listed or nonpublished non-published status) affecting the directory assistance database or the directory listing of a Requesting Carrier an AWS Directory Customer, Requesting Carrier AWS shall provide Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher CBT in a form and format acceptable to PublisherCBT. CBT shall accept Listing Updates on Requesting Carrier Directory Customers are to be provided to Ameritechfrom AWS via facsimile. XV.2.3 Requesting Carrier 35.2.3 AWS will cooperate with CBT or its Publisher to develop a cost-effective, mutually satisfactory, mechanized or electronic process for the provision of Requesting CarrierAWS's Listing Updates to CBT or its Publisher. 35.2.4 Subject to the rules, which process shall be available for joint testing within six (6) months guidelines, and regulations of the Service Start Date. XV.2.4 Commission, Publisher or Ameritech CBT may sell or license the use of Customer Listings, or Listing Updates to third persons without the prior written consent of Requesting Carrier; AWS, provided, however, that neither Publisher or Ameritech will notnor CBT will: (a) disclose nonlisted non-listed name and address information to any third person, except as may be necessary to undertake delivery of directories, directories or to perform other services contemplated under this Agreement; (b) disclose to any third person the identity of a Customer's or resale Customer's LEC; (c) sell or license such Customer listing information sorted by carrier; or (d) disclose listing information for individual cases where Requesting Carrier AWS has notified Ameritech not to include listing for third party publicationCBT. XV.2.5 Publisher shall provide initial and secondary delivery of appropriate White Page Directories to Requesting Carrier Directory Customers on the same basis as Publisher delivers White Pages Directories to Ameritech's retail Customers.

Requesting Carrier Reseller will provide Requesting Carrier Reseller Directory Customer Listings and Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher on a nonexclusive basis as follows: XV.2.1 Requesting Carrier 2.1 Reseller shall provide its Requesting Carrier Reseller Directory Customer Listings to Ameritech or its Publisher in a mutually agreeable form and format acceptable to Publisherformat. Requesting Carrier Reseller acknowledges that Ameritech or its Publisher may impose a charge for changes to Requesting Carrier Reseller Directory Customer Listings previously provided by Requesting Carrier Reseller to Ameritech or its PublisherAmeritech. XV.2.2 2.2 Within one (1) Business Day of installation, disconnection or other change in service (including change of nonlisted or nonpublished status) affecting the directory assistance database or the directory listing of a Requesting Carrier Reseller Directory Customer, Requesting Carrier Reseller shall provide Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher in a form and format acceptable to PublisherAmeritech. Listing Updates on Requesting Carrier Directory Customers are Sch. 8.8 - 1 2.3 Subject to be provided to Ameritech. XV.2.3 Requesting Carrier will cooperate with Publisher to develop a cost-effectivethe rates, mutually satisfactory, mechanized or electronic process for the provision of Requesting Carrier's Listing Updates to Publisher, which process shall be available for joint testing within six (6) months guidelines and regulations of the Service Start Date. XV.2.4 Commission, Publisher or Ameritech may sell or license the use of Customer Listings, or Listing Updates to third persons without the prior written consent of Requesting CarrierReseller; provided, however, that Publisher or Ameritech will not: (a) disclose nonlisted name and address information to any third person, except as may be necessary to undertake delivery of directories, or to perform other services contemplated under this Agreement; (b) disclose to any third person the identity of a Customer's or resale Customer's LEC; (c) sell or license such Customer listing information sorted by carrier; or (d) disclose listing information for individual cases where Requesting Carrier Reseller has notified Ameritech not to include listing for third party publication. XV.2.5 2.4 Publisher shall provide initial and secondary delivery of appropriate White Page Directories to Requesting Carrier for Reseller Directory Customers on the same basis as Publisher delivers White Pages Directories to Ameritech's retail Customers. SCHEDULE 9.2 BILLING AND COLLECTION SERVICES FOR ANCILLARY SERVICES PLEASE INITIAL ONE: ------ Reseller elects not to be responsible for Information Services Traffic and Ancillary Service Traffic and Reseller shall be solely responsible for ordering blocking of such traffic on a per line basis when Reseller submits an order. Reseller shall indemnify and hold Ameritech harmless from any Losses arising out of Reseller's failure to order blocking for resold lines.

Listing Updates on Requesting Carrier Directory Customers are to be provided to Ameritech. XV.2.3 15.2.3 Requesting Carrier will cooperate with Ameritech or its Publisher to develop a cost-cost- effective, mutually satisfactory, mechanized or electronic process for the provision of Requesting Carrier's ’s Listing Updates to Publisher, which process shall Ameritech. Mechanization will be available for joint testing within completed by the earlier of (i) six (6) months of after the Service Start DateDate or (ii) upon Requesting Carrier providing Ameritech two hundred (200) listing updates per day. XV.2.5 15.2.5 Publisher shall provide initial and secondary delivery of appropriate White Page Directories to for resale Customers of Requesting Carrier Directory Customers on the same basis as Publisher delivers White Pages Page Directories to Ameritech's retail Customers. 15.2.6 Publisher may enter into a separate directory services agreement that provides for (i) delivery of directories to facilities-based Customers of Requesting Carriers, (ii) additional services to Requesting Carrier's Resale Customers, and/or (iii) other directory services to Requesting Carrier. Requesting Carrier Focal will provide Requesting Carrier Focal Directory Customer Listings and Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher on a nonexclusive basis as follows: XV.2.1 Requesting Carrier 15.2.1 Focal shall provide its Requesting Carrier Focal Directory Customer Listings to Ameritech or its Publisher in a mutually agreeable form and format acceptable to Publisherformat. Requesting Carrier Focal acknowledges that Ameritech or its Publisher may impose a charge for changes to Requesting Carrier Focal Directory Customer Listings previously provided by Requesting Carrier Focal to Ameritech or its Publisher. XV.2.2 15.2.2 Within one (1) Business Day of installation, disconnection or other change in service (including change of nonlisted or nonpublished status) affecting the directory assistance database or the directory listing of a Requesting Carrier an Focal Directory Customer, Requesting Carrier Focal shall provide Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher in a form and format acceptable to Publisher. Publisher Listing Updates on Requesting Carrier Focal Directory Customers are to be provided to AmeritechAmeritech and Listing Updates for facilities-based Customers of Focal shall be provided to Publisher. XV.2.3 Requesting Carrier 15.2.3 Focal will cooperate with Publisher to develop a cost-cost- effective, mutually satisfactory, mechanized or electronic process for the provision of Requesting CarrierFocal's Listing Updates to Publisher, which process shall be available for joint testing within six (6) months of the Service Start Effective Date. XV.2.4 15.2.4 Publisher or Ameritech may sell or license the use of Customer Listings, or Listing Updates to third persons without the prior written consent of Requesting CarrierFocal; provided, however, that Publisher or Ameritech will not:: -------- ------- (a) disclose nonlisted name and address information to any third person, except as may be necessary to undertake delivery of directories, or to perform other services contemplated under this Agreement; (b) disclose to any third person the identity of a Customer's or resale Customer's LEC; (c) sell or license such Customer listing information sorted by carrier; , or (d) disclose listing information for individual cases where Requesting Carrier Focal has notified Ameritech to not to include listing for third party publication. XV.2.5 15.2.5 Publisher shall provide initial and secondary delivery of appropriate White Page Directories to Requesting Carrier Directory for resale Customers of Focal on the same basis as Publisher delivers White Pages Directories to Ameritech's retail Customers. Publisher and Focal may enter into a separate directory services agreement which, among the services provided, would include the delivery of White Page Directories to facilities-based Customers of Focal.

Requesting Carrier Adelphia will provide Requesting Carrier Adelphia Directory Customer Primary Listings and Listing Updates to Ameritech CBT or its Publisher on a nonexclusive non-exclusive basis as follows: XV.2.1 Requesting Carrier 15.2.1 Adelphia shall provide its Requesting Carrier Adelphia Directory Customer Primary Listings to Ameritech CBT or its Publisher in a mutually agreeable form and format acceptable to Publisherformat. Requesting Carrier Adelphia acknowledges that Ameritech CBT or its Publisher may impose a charge for changes to Requesting Carrier Adelphia Directory Customer Primary Listings previously provided by Requesting Carrier Xxxxxxxx to Ameritech CBT or its Publisher; however, in no event shall such charge be greater than the amount CBT charges its Customers and such charge shall be calculated in the same manner as Publisher charges CBT for such charge. XV.2.2 15.2.2 Within one (1) Business Day of installation, (unless increased by the Commission in the MTSS) disconnection or other change in service (including change of nonlisted non-listed or nonpublished non-published status) affecting the directory assistance database or the directory listing of a Requesting Carrier an Adelphia Directory Customer, Requesting Carrier Adelphia shall provide Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher CBT in a form and format acceptable to Publisher. Listing Updates on Requesting Carrier Directory Customers are to be provided to AmeritechCBT. XV.2.3 Requesting Carrier 15.2.3 Adelphia will cooperate with CBT or its Publisher to develop a cost-effective, mutually satisfactory, mechanized or electronic process for the provision of Requesting CarrierXxxxxxxx's Listing Updates to CBT or its Publisher, which process shall be available for joint testing within six (6) months of the Service Start Effective Date. XV.2.4 15.2.4 Publisher or Ameritech CBT may sell or license the use of Customer Listings, or Listing Updates to third persons without the prior written consent of Requesting CarrierXxxxxxxx; provided, however, that neither Publisher or Ameritech will notnor CBT will: (a) disclose nonlisted non-listed name and address information to any third person, except as may be necessary to undertake delivery of directories, directories or to perform other services contemplated under this Agreement; (b) disclose to any third person the identity of a Customer's or resale Customer's LEC; (c) sell or license such Customer listing information sorted by carrier; or (d) disclose listing information for individual cases where Requesting Carrier Xxxxxxxx has notified Ameritech not to include listing for third party publicationCBT. XV.2.5 Publisher shall provide initial and secondary delivery of appropriate White Page Directories to Requesting Carrier Directory Customers on the same basis as Publisher delivers White Pages Directories to Ameritech's retail Customers.

Listing and Listing Updates. Requesting Carrier will provide Requesting Carrier Directory Customer Listings and Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher on a nonexclusive basis as follows: XV.2.1 Requesting Carrier shall provide its Requesting Carrier Directory Customer Listings to Ameritech or its Publisher in a form and format acceptable to Publisher. Requesting Carrier acknowledges that Ameritech or its Publisher may impose a charge for changes to Requesting Carrier Directory Customer Listings previously provided by Requesting Carrier to Ameritech or its Publisher. XV.2.2 Within one (1) Business Day of installation, disconnection or other change in service (including change of nonlisted or nonpublished status) affecting the directory assistance database or the directory listing of a Requesting Carrier Directory Customer, Requesting Carrier shall provide Listing Updates to Ameritech or its Publisher in a form and format acceptable to Publisher. Listing Updates on Requesting Carrier Directory Customers are to be provided to Ameritech. Listing Updates on Requesting Carrier Resale Directory Customers are to be provided to Ameritech.
