Listing of Merger Shares. The Parent shall take whatever steps are necessary to cause the Merger Shares to be eligible for quotation on the NASD’s OTC Bulletin Board.
Listing of Merger Shares. The Buyer shall use its Reasonable Best Efforts to list the Merger Shares on the Nasdaq National Market.

On or prior to the date that the Registration Statement is declared effective by the SEC, Buyer shall submit a properly completed application for listing of the Merger Shares on the Nasdaq National Market ("Nasdaq"), and shall pay any fee required in connection therewith. Thereafter, Buyer shall use its Reasonable Best Efforts to cause the listing of the Merger Shares on Nasdaq, including responding promptly to any reasonable requests or inquiries from Nasdaq with respect to such application.
