If the Debentures are distributed to the holders of the Securities issued by the Trust, and the Preferred Securities are then so listed, the Company will use its best efforts to list such Debentures on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. or on such other exchange as the Preferred Securities are then listed.

Exchange or on such other securities exchange or automated quotation system as the Trust Preferred Securities are then listedwere listed or traded immediately prior to the distribution of the Debentures.

Market or on such other exchange as the Preferred Securities are then listed.

If the Debentures are distributed to the holders of the Trust Securities issued by the Trust, and the Preferred Securities are then so listedlisted on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. or another exchange, the Company will use its best efforts to list such the Debentures on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. or on such other exchange as the Preferred Securities are then listedexchange.

If the Debentures are distributed to be issued in connection with the distribution of the Debentures to the holders of the Preferred Securities issued by the Trust, and the Preferred Securities are then so listedTrust upon a Dissolution Event, the Company will use its best efforts to list such Debentures on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. or on such other exchange exchange, if any, as the Preferred Securities are then listed.
