Listing Price Changes. Seller may change the list price at any time during the term of this agreement by notice to broker in writing through their account at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Unless otherwise agreed between Xxxxxx and Seller in writing, Seller acknowledges that Seller is responsible for determining at what price to list and sell the Property.
