Listing the Subject Property. In the event the Subject Property Owner desires to sell the Subject Property, the Subject Property Owner shall submit written notice to the Administrator of their intent to sell the Subject Property, which notice must be submitted at least five days prior to offering the Subject Property for sale. The Subject Property Owner may sell the Subject Property for sale by owner or list and sell the Subject Property through a real estate broker licensed in the state of Colorado.
