Listings of Resigned Participants. When a participant resigns from the MLS, the MLS is not obligated to provide services, including continued inclusion of the resigned participant’s listings in the MLS compilation of current listing information. Prior to any removal of a resigned participant’s listings from the MLS, the resigned participant should be advised, in writing, of the intended removal so that the resigned participant may advise his clients.

Listings of Resigned Participants. When a Participant or subscriber resigns from the MLS, the Association will not be obligated to provide any MLS services to the resigned Participant or subscriber, including continued inclusion of a resigned Participant's listings in the MLS compilation of current listing information. Prior to any removal of a resigned Participant's listings from the MLS, the resigned Participant should be advised in writing of the intended removal so that the resigned Participant may advise his clients.

  • CHANGING OR TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT As permitted by law, the Credit Union may change the terms of this Agreement and any attached Disclosure from time to time. Notice of any change will be given in accordance with applicable law. If permitted by law and specified in the notice to you, the change will apply to your existing account balance as well as to future transactions. Either you or the Credit Union may terminate this Agreement at any time, but termination by you or the Credit Union will not affect your obligation to pay the account balance plus any finance and other charges you owe under this Agreement.
