The Association will give advance notice to the School Division when a grievor plans to attend a grievance meeting. In such instances, the Association shall bear the expense of the grievor’s attendance including the actual cost of the substitute and the School Division portion of statutory benefit contributions, as per clause 13.
The Association will. 1.1 ensure that all matters relevant to this SDA and any other matters that affect the Association’s tenants residing in the Area, are brought to the attention of the Area Committee. 1.2 aim to ensure that there is representation for the Area Association on the Association’s Committee of Management (the Committee), in accordance with Rule 38.2. 1.3 provide finance for the Area Committee to agree expenditure within an agreed budget as set by the Committee, which will use that finance to carry out its responsibilities under this SDA. 1.4 provide support services to the Area Association and Area Committee including access to training for Area Committee Members. 1.5 provide staff to service the Area Association, advise on this SDA and take instruction from the Area Committee on matters within its remit. 1.6 ensure that the terms of the transfer agreement entered into between the Association and Argyll and Bute Council to effect the Transfer (“the Transfer Agreement”) are complied with by the Association and the Area Association.
The Association will. 1. Provide input into shared research priorities for species and provide NAFO with information concerning SFWA priorities including SGCN identified in SWAPs, economically important game species, and benefits from voluntary conservation to sustaining and increasing recreational opportunities. 2. Provide input from the SFWA perspective to NAFO and its partners regarding the development of research projects, primarily at the landscape scale and with the priority of conserving species on private working forests. 3. Encourage and support staff participation in NAFO meetings, planning, communications, and educational and research activities. 4. Support internal education and communications to achieve broad understanding of NAFO and the MOU within the Association. 5. Support NAFO participation in leadership development opportunities such as the National Conservation Leadership Institute (NCLI). 6. Support opportunities to use forests in state-based environmental education programs such as Project WILD.
The Association will. (a) Keep the property in good repair including: I. Drains, gutter and external pipes; II. The roof; III. Outside walls, outside doors, windowsills, window catches and frames including external painting and decorating; IV. Internal walls, floors and ceilings, doors and door frames, hinges and skirting boards but not including internal painting or decoration; V. Chimneys, chimney stacks and flues but not including sweeping; VI. Pathways, steps or other means of access; VII. Plasterwork; VIII. Internal garages and stores; IX. Boundary walls and fences. (b) Keep in good repair and proper working order installations provided for space heating, water heating and sanitation and for the supply of water, gas and electricity, including: I. Basins, sinks, baths, toilets, flushing systems and waste pipes; excluding toilet seats; II. Electric wiring including sockets and switches, gas and water pipes; III. Water heaters, fireplaces, fitted fires and central heating installations. (c) External decoration: I. Keep in a good state of decoration and to decorate these areas as deemed necessary by LRHA.
