Lists of Commitments. The sectors liberalised by each Party pursuant to this Section and, by means of reservations, the market access and national treatment limitations applicable to services and services suppliers of the other Party in those sectors are set out in lists of commitments included in Annexes XIV-B and XIV-F to this Agreement.
Lists of Commitments. The sectors committed by each of the Parties pursuant to this Chapter and, by means of reservations, the market access and national treatment limitations, conditions and qualifications applicable to establishments and investors of the other Party in those sectors are set out in lists of commitments included in Annex X (Lists of Commitments on Establishment).

2. Neither Party may adopt new, or more, discriminatory measures with regard to services or service suppliers of the other Party in comparison with treatment accorded pursuant to the specific commitments undertaken in conformity with paragraph 1.

The sectors liberalised by the EC Party and by the Signatory CARIFORUM States pursuant to this Chapter and, by means of reservations, the market access and national treatment limitations applicable to commercial presences and investors of the other Party in those sectors are set out in lists of commitments included in Annex 4.

Lists of Commitments. The “Schedule of Specific Commitments under Section II (Trade in Services)”, “List of Reservations under Section III (Establishment, Commercial Presence and Activities)”, the “Schedule of Specific Commitments under Section IV (Movement of Natural Persons)” and the “List of MFN Exemptions in accordance with Articles 8.15 and 8.22 of the Agreement” shall be signed in the form of Protocol No. 1 between the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the Russian Federation to the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, of the one part, and the Eurasian Economic Union and its Member States, of the other part (hereinafter referred to in this Chapter as “Protocol No. 1”) on the date of signature of this Agreement. The Protocol No. 1 shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement and shall be binding only in respect of Viet Nam and the Russian Federation.

To the extent that such requirement is applied in a non- discriminatory manner, it does not need to be specified in a Party’s list of commitments in order to be maintained or adopted by that Party.

2. Without prejudice to the Parties' rights and obligations as they exist or may arise under the Council of Europe's Convention on Transfrontier Television of 1989 and European Convention on Cinematographic Co-Production of 1992, lists of commitments in Annexes XII-B and XII-E to this Agreement do not include commitments on audio-visual services.
