REPORTS BY TRUSTEE AND COMPANY. Not later than July 30 in each year, commencing July 30, 1997, the Trustee shall transmit to the Holders and the Commission a report, dated as of the next preceding May 31, with respect to any events and other matters described in Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, in such manner and to the extent required by the Trust Indenture Act.
