Live in Program. a) HCWs will only be designated as Live-in Providers if they are serving consumers who have been determined eligible for live-in services. b) Effective January 1, 2016 HCWs designated as Live-in Providers will be paid for at least sixteen (16) hours per day and may receive up to three (3) hours per twenty-four (24) hour period for direct care provided during the consumer’s normal sleep schedule.
