LMRC Committee Composition Sample Clauses

LMRC Committee Composition. The LMRC Committee shall be comprised of up to four (4) Employer representatives and up to four (4) Union representatives (who must be employees). Either the Employer or Union may bring other attendees as each party deems necessary to explore appropriate issues. The LMRC Committee meetings shall be co-chaired by the Union and the Employer.
