Common use of Loading and Unloading Clause in Contracts

Loading and Unloading. D.2.1. In the case of SPF herds*, loading and unloading shall be accomplished via approved facilities, cf. the Health Rules*. In the case of non-SPF herds, the facilities provided by the owner of the herd shall be used. Said facilities shall be cleaned before the transport vehicle* arrives. D.2.2. The loading/unloading facilities shall contain a concrete platform measuring at least 1 x 1 m, which the driver* can use for changing clothes. The platform shall have been cleaned prior to the arrival of the transport vehicle* and shall be cleaned after each visit. The driver's* entrance to the loading/unloading area shall be kept tidy and clear.
