Common use of Loan Fees Clause in Contracts

Loan Fees. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent, at Loan closing, a loan fee as set forth in separate letter agreements between Borrower and Administrative Agent and Administrative Agent and Lenders. Additionally, Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent, for the sole benefit of Administrative Agent, certain other fees, each in the amount and at the times as set forth in a separate letter agreement between Borrower and Administrative Agent dated July 19, 2011 (the “Fee Letter”).
