Loan Investment Account. The Plan Administrator will establish and maintain a loan investment account for each borrowing Participant. A loan shall be treated by the Plan Administrator as a separate investment of the borrowing Participant's Account. Loan Investment Account. The Plan Administrator will establish and maintain a loan investment account for each borrowing participant. A loan shall be treated by the Plan Administrator as a separate investment of the borrowing participant's account. The unpaid principal and accrued but unpaid interest on the loan to a participant will be reflected for plan accounting purposes in the participant's loan account. Repayments of principal and interest by the participant will be credited to the participant's account in the reverse order that they were liquidated to make the loan. Repayments will be invested in the investment funds according to a participant's current investment elections. In the case of any participant who terminates employment with a loan outstanding hereunder. the cash amount available for distribution to such participant (or the Beneficiary) will consist of the portion of the participant's account invested in the investment funds. The participant's promissory note will be deemed distributed to the participant (or the Beneficiary), and the Trustee will report the value of the promissory note (equal to the amount of unpaid principal) as income for tax purposes in addition to the cash amount distributed to the participant.

  • Investment Account The Manager shall maintain an investment account or accounts in the Manager’s name (the “Account”) on behalf of the Principal, any other participating insurer affiliated with the Principal and/or the Ultimate Parent Company, an insurance subsidiary or affiliate of the Principal and/or the Ultimate Parent Company or a pension plan or profit-sharing plan of the Principal, its insurance subsidiaries or affiliates, (collectively, the “Participants”), and shall hold therein all debt obligations, accounts or deposits permitted by the New Hampshire Insurance Code as more fully described on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time, and attached hereto and incorporated herein (collectively, “Investments”), deposited in or purchased or otherwise acquired for and on behalf of the Principal and the Participants from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the Pre-Funded Amount has not been reduced to zero on the Payment Date immediately following the calendar month in which the Funding Period, if any, ends, the Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to transfer from the Pre-Funding Account on such Payment Date any amount then remaining in the Pre-Funding Account to the Note Distribution Account for distribution in accordance with Section 8.02(g) of the Indenture.

  • Investment Assets Those assets of the Fund as the Advisor and the Fund shall specify in writing, from time to time, including cash, stocks, bonds and other securities that the Advisor deposits with the Custodian and places under the investment supervision of the Sub-Advisor, together with any assets that are added at a subsequent date or which are received as a result of the sale, exchange or transfer of such Investment Assets.
