Common use of Loan Proceeds and Adequacy Clause in Contracts

Loan Proceeds and Adequacy. The proceeds from the AHIF Loan, together with the other funding identified herein are sufficient to cover the costs associated with the acquisition and initial operation of the Property in accordance with the intent, terms and conditions of this Agreement.
