Common use of Lobby Attendant Clause in Contracts

Lobby Attendant. Landlord shall provide a lobby attendant in the Building. By providing a lobby attendant, Landlord does not assume any responsibility for the security of Tenant or property in, upon or about the Premises or the Building and Tenant expressly assumes such responsibility.
