Common use of Lobbying Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Lobbying Disclosure. ‌ The successful Bidder shall comply with applicable federal requirements for the disclosure of information regarding lobbying activities of the successful Bidder, subcontractors or any authorized agent. Certification forms shall be filed by the successful Bidder and all subcontractors, certifying that no federal funds have been or shall be used in federal lobbying activities and the disclosure forms shall be used by the successful Bidder and all subcontractors to disclose lobbying activities. The successful Bidder shall comply with the provisions of section 216.347, F.S., which prohibits the expenditure of contract funds for the purpose of lobbying the Legislature or a state agency.
