LOBBYIST. 6.03 a. An Employee appointed and registered to serve as a Union lobbyist before the State Legislature shall, upon application, be given a leave of absence without pay or vacation leave for a period not to exceed the legislative session, provided, the number of Employees serving as lobbyists shall not exceed fifteen (15) for each legislative session.
