4.1.3.5 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> customized routing of calls: (i) to a requested directory assistance services platform; (ii) to an operator services platform pursuant to Section 10 of Attachment 2; (iii) for <<customer_name>>’s PIC’ed toll traffic in a two (2) PIC environment to an alternative OS/DA platform designated by <<customer_name>>. <<customer_name>> customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers.

4.1.3.4 A featureless port is one that has a line port, switching facilities, and an interoffice port. A featured port is a port that includes all features then capable or a number of then capable features specifically requested by E-Z Access. Any features that are not currently then capable but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the NBR/BFR process.
4.1.3.5 BellSouth will provide to E-Z Access customized routing of calls: (i) to a requested directory assistance services platform; (ii) to an operator services platform pursuant to Section 10 of Attachment 2; (iii) for E-Z Access’s PIC’ed toll traffic in a two (2) PIC environment to an alternative OS/DA platform designated by E-Z Access. E-Z Access customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers.
4.1.3.6 Remote Switching Module functionality is included in Switching Capability. The switching capabilities used will be based on the line side features they support.
4.1.3.7 Switching Capability will also be capable of routing local, intraLATA, interLATA, and calls to international customer’s preferred carrier; call features (e.g. call forwarding) and Centrex capabilities.
4.1.3.8 Where required to do so in order to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide to E-Z Access purchasing local BellSouth switching and reselling BellSouth local exchange service under Attachment 1, selective routing of calls to a requested directory assistance services platform or operator services platform. E-Z Access customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers, but obtain a E-Z Access branded service.

Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia-Gastonia- Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA, and BellSouth has provided non- non-discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as in effect on January 1, 1999.
4.2.3 In the event that Global Connection Micro-Comm orders local circuit switching for an end user with four (4) or more DS0 equivalent lines within Density Zone 1 in an MSA listed above, BellSouth shall charge Global Connection Micro-Comm the market based rates in Exhibit B for use of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilities. 4.2.3 4.1.3.3 In the event that Global Connection PowerNet orders local circuit switching for an a single end user account name at a single physical end user location with four (4) or more DS0 equivalent lines within Density Zone 1 2-wire voice-grade loops from a BellSouth central office in an MSA listed above, BellSouth shall charge Global Connection PowerNet the market based rates rate in Exhibit B C for use of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilities.
4.1.3.4 A featureless port is one that has a line port, switching facilities, and an interoffice port. A featured port is a port that includes all features then capable or a number of then capable features specifically requested by PowerNet. Any features that are not currently then capable but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the NBR/BFR process.
4.1.3.5 BellSouth will provide to PowerNet customized routing of calls: (i) to a requested directory assistance services platform; (ii) to an operator services platform pursuant to Section 10 of Attachment 2; (iii) for PowerNet’s PIC’ed toll traffic in a two (2) PIC environment to an alternative OS/DA platform designated by PowerNet. PowerNet customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers.
4.1.3.6 Remote Switching Module functionality is included in Switching Capability. The switching capabilities used will be based on the line side features they support.
4.1.3.7 Switching Capability will also be capable of routing local, intraLATA, interLATA, and calls to international customer’s preferred carrier; call features (e.g. call forwarding) and Centrex capabilities.
4.1.3.8 Where required to do so in order to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide to PowerNet purchasing local BellSouth switching and reselling BellSouth local exchange service under Attachment 1, selective routing of calls to a requested directory assistance services platform or operator services platform. PowerNet customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers, but obtain a PowerNet branded service.

(1) serves an end-user End User with four (4) or more voice-grade (DS-0DS0) equivalents or lines served by BellSouth in Zone 1 of one of the following MSAs: Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia-Gastonia- Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA; or (2) serves an End User with a DS1 or higher capacity Loop in any service area covered by this Agreement. To the extent that Starlink is serving any End User as described in (2) above as of October 2, and BellSouth has provided non- discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as 2003, such arrangement may not remain in effect on January place any longer than April 1, 19992004, after which such arrangement must be terminated by Starlink or BellSouth shall convert such arrangement to tariff pricing. The filing of this Amendment with the applicable Commission shall constitute the filing of the joint transition plan specified by the FCC.
4.2.3 In Rates for unbundled switching at the event that Global Connection orders local circuit DS1 level and above or for combinations with unbundled switching for an end user with four (4) or more DS0 equivalent lines within Density Zone 1 in an MSA listed above, BellSouth at the DS1 level and above provisioned prior to the Effective Date of this Amendment shall charge Global Connection the market based be those rates set forth in Exhibit B for use A of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilitiesthis Attachment until April 1, 2004.
4.2.4 Local Switching that is not required to be provided as a UNE will be provided pursuant to a separate agreement or a tariff, at BellSouth’s discretion.

4.2.3 4.1.3.3 In the event that Global Connection Crossing orders local circuit switching for an a single end user account name at a single physical end user location with four (4) or more DS0 equivalent lines within Density Zone 1 2- wire voice-grade loops from a BellSouth central office in an MSA listed above, BellSouth shall charge Global Connection Crossing the market based rates rate in Exhibit B D for use of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilities.
4.1.3.4 A featureless port is one that has a line port, switching facilities, and an interoffice port. A featured port is a port that includes all features then capable or a number of then capable features specifically requested by Global Crossing. Any features that are not currently then capable but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the NBR/BFR process.
4.1.3.5 BellSouth will provide to Global Crossing customized routing of calls: (i) to a requested directory assistance services platform; (ii) to an operator services platform pursuant to Section 10 of Attachment 2; (iii) for Global Crossing’s PIC’ed toll traffic in a two (2) PIC environment to an alternative OS/DA platform designated by Global Crossing. Global Crossing customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers.
4.1.3.6 Remote Switching Module functionality is included in Switching Capability. The switching capabilities used will be based on the line side features they support.
4.1.3.7 Switching Capability will also be capable of routing local, intraLATA, interLATA, and calls to international customer’s preferred carrier; call features (e.g. call forwarding) and Centrex capabilities.
4.1.3.8 Where required to do so in order to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide to Global Crossing purchasing local BellSouth switching and reselling BellSouth local exchange service under Attachment 1, selective routing of calls to a requested directory assistance services platform or operator services platform. Global Crossing customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers, but obtain a Global Crossing branded service.

To the extent that ACN is serving any End User as described in (2) above as of October 2, and BellSouth has provided non- discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as 2003, such arrangement may not remain in effect on January place any longer than April 1, 19992004, after which such arrangement must be terminated by ACN or BellSouth shall convert such arrangement to tariff pricing. The filing of this Agreement with the applicable Commission shall constitute the filing of the joint transition plan specified by the FCC.
4.2.3 In Rates for unbundled switching at the event DS1 level and above or for combinations with unbundled switching at the DS1 level and above provisioned prior to the Effective Date of this Amendment shall be those rates set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment until April 1, 2004.
4.2.4 Local Switching that Global Connection orders is not required to be provided as a UNE will be provided pursuant to a separate agreement or a tariff, at BellSouth’s discretion.
4.2.5 Unbundled Local Switching consists of three separate unbundled elements: Unbundled Ports, End Office Switching Functionality, and End Office Interoffice Trunk Ports.
4.2.6 Unbundled Local Switching combined with Common Transport and, if necessary, Tandem Switching provides to ACN’s End User local circuit calling and the ability to presubscribe to a primary carrier for intraLATA and/or to presubscribe to a primary carrier for interLATA toll service.
4.2.7 Provided that ACN purchases unbundled local switching from BellSouth and uses the BellSouth Carrier Identification Code (CIC) for an end user with four its End Users' Local Preferred Interexchange Carrier (4LPIC) or more DS0 equivalent lines if a BellSouth local End User selects BellSouth as its LPIC, then the Parties will consider as local any calls originated by a ACN local End User, or originated by a BellSouth local End User and terminated to a ACN local End User, where such calls originate and terminate in the same LATA, except for those calls originated and terminated through switched access arrangements (i.e., calls that are transported by a Party other than BellSouth). For such calls, BellSouth will charge ACN the UNE elements for the BellSouth facilities utilized. Neither Party shall xxxx the other originating or terminating switched access charges for such calls. Intercarrier compensation for local calls between BellSouth and ACN shall be as described in BellSouth’s UNE Local Call Flows set forth on BellSouth’s website.
4.2.8 Where ACN purchases unbundled local switching from BellSouth but does not use the BellSouth CIC for its End Users’ LPIC, BellSouth will consider as local those direct dialed telephone calls that originate from a ACN End User and terminate within Density Zone 1 the basic local calling area or within the extended local calling areas and that are dialed using seven (7) or ten (10) digits as defined and specified in an MSA listed aboveSection A3 of BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariffs (GSST). For such local calls, BellSouth will charge ACN the UNE elements for the BellSouth facilities utilized. Intercarrier compensation for local calls between BellSouth and ACN shall be as described in BellSouth’s UNE Local Call Flows set forth on BellSouth’s website.
4.2.9 For any calls that originate and terminate through switched access arrangements (i.e., calls that are transported by a party other than BellSouth), BellSouth shall charge Global Connection xxxx ACN the market based rates in Exhibit B for use of the local circuit switching functionality UNE elements for the affected facilitiesBellSouth facilities utilized. Each Party may xxxx the toll provider originating or terminating switched access charges as appropriate.

4.1.3.4 A featureless port is one that has a line port, switching facilities, and an interoffice port. A featured port is a port that includes all features then capable or a number of then capable features specifically requested by Community. Any features that are not currently then capable but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR process.
4.1.3.5 BellSouth will provide to Community customized routing of calls: (i) to a requested directory assistance services platform; (ii) to an operator services platform pursuant to Section 10 of Attachment 2; (iii) for Community’s PIC’ed toll traffic in a two (2) PIC environment to an alternative OS/DA platform designated by Community. Community customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers.
4.1.3.6 Remote Switching Module functionality is included in Switching Capability. The switching capabilities used will be based on the line side features they support.
