Unbundled. Local Switching consists of three separate unbundled elements: Unbundled Ports, End Office Switching Functionality, and End Office Interoffice Trunk Ports.
Unbundled. Network Elements are only available to CLC for use in its provisioning of local exchange service to its End Users. Any combination of unbundled elements which when combined equates to a substantially similar service provisioned through the retail tariff, will be offered and priced as resale not as the cumulative of unbundled elements.
Unbundled. Local Channel is the dedicated transmission path between CTES’s Point of Presence and the BellSouth Serving Wire Center’s collocation.
Unbundled. Network Elements with other Network Elements obtained from AT&T or with network components provided by itself or by third parties to provide telecommunications services to its end user customers, provided that such combination is technically feasible and would not impair the ability of other carriers to obtain access to other 251(c)(3) Unbundled network elements or to interconnect with AT&T’s network. Any request by CLEC for AT&T to provide a type of connection between 251(c)(3) Unbundled Network Elements that is not currently being utilized in the AT&T network and is not otherwise provided for under this Agreement will be made in accordance with the Bona Fide Request (BFR) process described in Section 2.28.
Unbundled. Local Channel is the dedicated transmission path between IDS Long Distance’s Point of Presence and the BellSouth Serving Wire Center’s collocation.
Unbundled. Provided GLOBALEYES has notified GTE, pursuant to Section 5.6 of this Article, of the service enhancing copper cable technology deployed on an unbundled copper loop, GTE will not deploy service enhancing copper cable technology within the same cable sheath that will be incompatible with GLOBALEYES technology.
Unbundled. Local Switching, as an unbundled network element under Section 251, shall be available to CLEC under the transition plan described in the FCC’s TRO Remand Order and implemented in Section 7.1 of this Attachment 6. Unbundled Local Switching as an unbundled network element under Section 271 and to the extent it is available under Section 251, shall be provided in accordance with Sections 6.2 through 6.9 inclusive, below.
Unbundled. Local Switching (ULS) Port includes the central office switch hardware and software required to permit the transport or receipt of information over the SBC MISSOURI local switching network or other interconnected networks. The ULS Port provides access to all features, functions and capabilities of the local switch. The ULS Port charge includes the charges for cross connect to the main distribution frame or DSX panel. SBC MISSOURI will provide the following switch ports:
Unbundled. DS1 Loop commingled with dedicated DS1 transport wholesale service (either special access or resale).
Unbundled. DCS shall provide completed end-to-end cross connection of the channels designated by MCIm.
