Common use of Local delivery Clause in Contracts

Local delivery. collection of the vehicle – a service that includes collection / return of vehicles at the address specified by the User. If the Lessor agrees to this, the User may specify another address to which the rented vehicle will be delivered to him or where the vehicle will be collected by the Lessor's employee upon completion of the Rental Agreement. The Lessor will charge the User an additional fee in accordance with the Price List.
