LOCAL GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY. 1.1 The Licensee expressly agrees that: (a) No provision of the licence is to be construed as restricting, modifying or otherwise interfering with the power of Dubbo Regional Council as a local government authority. (b) This licence is not to be considered or construed as an approval of any Development or other Applications required by Dubbo Regional Council or any other statutory authority. 1.2 This licence operates in conjunction with any approval issued by Dubbo Regional Council or any other statutory authority in connection with the subject matter of this licence.
