Local Industry Development Plan. (a) The Contractor must, in performing its obligations under this Agreement: (i) comply with the LIDP; (ii) perform all obligations required to be performed under the LIDP by the due date for performance; and (iii) comply with the Local Jobs First Policy. (b) The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that its obligations as set out in the LIDP apply during the term of this Agreement, any extensions to the term and until all of its Reporting obligations as set out in clause 2.3 of this Schedule are fulfilled. (c) The Contractor's failure to comply with this clause 2.1 will constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
