Common use of Local Management Agreement Clause in Contracts

Local Management Agreement. A. In the event LICENSEE enters into a Local Management Agreement as defined in Section 2.G hereof, within thirty (30) days of such agreement: (1) LICENSEE shall provide SESAC with a copy of such agreement, and (2) Local Manager shall execute this Agreement in the signature space provided below. By signing this Agreement, Local Manager becomes a party to this Agreement and shall assume, with LICENSEE, all of LICENSEE’s rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement for the full period the Local Management Agreement is in effect. SESAC shall provide a copy of all notices required by Section 6 to LICENSEE and the applicable Local Manager, if any.
