Common use of Local Marketing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Local Marketing Agreement. Concurrent with the execution of this Agreement, the Seller and Buyers shall execute the Local Marketing Agreement (the "Local Markerting Agreement") which includes the terms and conditions pursuant to which Broadcasting will purchase the airtime on the Station. The accounts receivable of the Station in existence as of the date of this Agreement (and the Effective Date of the Local Marketing Agreement) shall be collected pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Local Marketing Agreement.

Local Marketing Agreement. The accounts receivable of the Station in existence as of the effective date of this Agreement (and the Effective Date of the Local Marketing Agreement) Agreement shall be collected pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Local Marketing Agreement.

The accounts receivable of the Station Stations in existence as of the effective date of this Agreement (and the Effective Date of the Local Marketing Agreement) Agreement shall be collected pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Local Marketing Agreement.
