Project The Land and all improvements thereon, including the Building, the Parking Facilities, and all Common Areas.
Parking Facilities All parking areas now or hereafter made available by Landlord for use by tenants, including, without limitation, open-air parking, parking decks and parking areas under or within the Building, whether reserved, exclusive, non-exclusive or otherwise.
Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.
Lawful Operations, etc Each Credit Party and each of its Subsidiaries: (i) holds all necessary foreign, federal, state, provincial, local and other governmental licenses, registrations, certifications, permits and authorizations necessary to conduct its business and own its properties; and (ii) is in full compliance with all requirements imposed by law, regulation or rule, whether foreign, federal, state or local, that are applicable to it, its operations, or its properties and assets, including, without limitation, applicable requirements of Environmental Laws, except for any failure to obtain and maintain in effect, or noncompliance that, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Cost Pools Landlord shall have the right, from time to time, to equitably allocate some or all of the Direct Expenses for the Project among different portions or occupants of the Project (the “Cost Pools”), in Landlord’s reasonable discretion. Such Cost Pools may include, but shall not be limited to, the office space tenants of a building of the Project or of the Project, and the retail space tenants of a building of the Project or of the Project. The Direct Expenses within each such Cost Pool shall be allocated and charged to the tenants within such Cost Pool in an equitable manner.
Premises Building Project and Common Areas 1.1 Premises, Building, Project and Common Areas.
Plant An electrical generating alternative energy resource facility developed by Producer for which IID shall provide transmission service, as specified in Exhibit(s) II, Transmission Service, and in any subsequent Plant Amendments.
Projects 3.3.1 Exult Supplier shall perform the impact analysis as described in Section 4.
Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.
Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
