Common use of Local Switching Clause in Contracts

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Louisville Telephone for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Louisville Telephone for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Global Connection for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Global Connection for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Talk America for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Talk America for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Choice Telephone Company for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Choice Telephone Company for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Symtelco for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Symtelco for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear CCI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear CCI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Granite for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Granite for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear EZ Phone for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear VarTec for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear VarTec for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.54.4.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Comm South for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Comm South for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Southern Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear GulfPines for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear GulfPines for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear <<customer_name>> for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear <<customer_name>> for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.54.4.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Southern Telcom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Southern Telcom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Tel West for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Tel West for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.54.4.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear CityNet for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear CityNet for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Accutel of Texas, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Accutel of Texas, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Tristar for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Tristar for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear ABC Telcom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear ABC Telcom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear World Access for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear World Access for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Telson for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Metro Teleconnect for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear International Telnet for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Gateway for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Gateway for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Money To Go for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Money To Go for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Nexus for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Clearwave Communications for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear DPI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear DPI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear ABC Telcom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Lightning Communications for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear DTM for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear DTM for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Creative Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Creative Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Southern Digital for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Southern Digital for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Tel West for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Xxxx Communications for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Xxxx Communications for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear SPARDI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear SPARDI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear D-Tel, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear D-Tel, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear EveryCall for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear EveryCall for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Access Point for the provision of a telecommunications service. Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Big River for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Big River for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear ALTICOMM for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear ALTICOMM for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear ConnectNow! for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear ConnectNow! for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Preferred for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Preferred for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear XXXxxxx.xxx for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear XXXxxxx.xxx for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Ciera Network Systems, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Ciera Network Systems, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear US LEC for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear US LEC for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear NOW for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear NOW for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear ATI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear ATI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Columbus Local for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Actel for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Actel for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Columbus Local for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Columbus Local for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear A-Tech Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear A-Tech Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Quality Telephone for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear FLATEL for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear FLATEL for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Navigator for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Navigator for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear DukeNet for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear DukeNet for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.54.4.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability capability, and local tandem switching capability capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in the Sections below Section 3.1.3 to Lightyear CTES for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear CTES for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.53.3.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Oronoco for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Oronoco for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear NAS for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear NAS for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear FPB for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear CGI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear CGI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Azul Tel for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear Hopkinsville for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear Hopkinsville for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear BSE for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear BSE for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear VarTec for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear VarTec for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability and local tandem switching capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below to Lightyear AirCover Network Solutions, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-non- discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Lightyear AirCover Network Solutions, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 4.5.
