Common use of Local Switching Clause in Contracts

Local Switching. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower SouthEast for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower SouthEast for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower IDS for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower IDS for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Choice Telephone Company for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Choice Telephone Company for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Louisville Telephone for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Louisville Telephone for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Talk America for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Talk America for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Global Connection for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Global Connection for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower API for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower API for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower Xspedius for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Xspedius for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower VELOCITY for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower VELOCITY for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Symtelco for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Symtelco for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Southern Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower BTI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower BTI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower <<customer_name>> for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower <<customer_name>> for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower DSL Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower DSL Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 7.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 7.1.2 to Mpower New Phone for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower New Phone for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.67.1.2.

Local Switching. 9.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 9.1.3.3 to Mpower ITC^DeltaCom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower ITC^DeltaCom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.69.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower Choctaw for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Choctaw for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower CCI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower CCI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower VarTec for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower VarTec for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower IDS Long Distance for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower IDS Long Distance for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Granite for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Granite for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower GulfPines for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower GulfPines for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Comm South for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Comm South for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower CLEC-1 for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower CLEC-1 for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower CGI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower CGI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower CTES for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower CTES for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower Community for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Community for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower E-Tel for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower E-Tel for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower Knology for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Knology for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.6.

Local Switching. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Lightyear for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower TLX for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower TLX for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower A-Tech Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Connect! for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.67.1.2.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower CityNet for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower CityNet for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Accutel of Texas, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Accutel of Texas, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower Pilgrim for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Pilgrim for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Rent-A-Line for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Rent-A-Line for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower NTBS for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Centennial for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower ETS for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower ETS for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Access Point for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower DSL for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower AirCover Network Solutions, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-non- discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower AirCover Network Solutions, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower World Access for the provision of a telecommunications service. Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Delta Phones for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Delta Phones for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Budget Phone for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Budget Phone for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower Xxxx Communications for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Xxxx Communications for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower ATI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower ATI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower ConnectNow! for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower ConnectNow! for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory discrimin atory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower Metro FiberLink, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Metro FiberLink, Inc. for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 7.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 7.1.2 to Mpower Southern Light for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Southern Light for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.67.1.2.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower FPB for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower FPB for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower PLI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower PLI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower Actel for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Actel for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Hopkinsville for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Hopkinsville for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower NOW for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower NOW for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower NGTelecom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower NGTelecom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Pointecom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Pointecom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 7.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 7.1.2 to Mpower BroadRiver for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower BroadRiver for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.67.1.2.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Navigator for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Navigator for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower BSE for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower BSE for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower VarTec for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower VarTec for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower SPARDI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower SPARDI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower DPI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower DPI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Gateway for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Gateway for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower IDS Telcom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower IDS Telcom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Access America for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Access America for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower NewSouth for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower NewSouth for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.3.5.6

BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Actel for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Micro-Comm for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Micro-Comm for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Money To Go for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Xxxx Communications for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Rhythms for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Big River for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Big River for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Southern Telcom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Southern Telcom for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 4.1.3.3 to Mpower Wakul for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Wakul for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.6.

Local Switching. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Xxxxx 0 for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Level 3 for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Preferred for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Preferred for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower XXXxxxx.xxx for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower XXXxxxx.xxx for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower North Star Telecom for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower Sail NetWorks for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.4.6.

Local Switching. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower World Access for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower Tel West for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower CSI for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower CSI for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

Local Switching. 4.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, capability and local tandem switching capability, capability on an unbundled basis, except as set forth in the Sections below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower US LEC for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower US LEC for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.64.5.
