Common use of Local Switching Clause in Contracts

Local Switching. 4.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the services offered pursuant to this Section 4 are limited to DS0 level Local Switching and BellSouth is not required to provide Local Switching pursuant to this Agreement except as set forth in Section 4.2. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall not be required to unbundle local circuit switching for MRC for a particular End User when MRC: (1) serves an End User with four (4) or more voice-grade (DS0) equivalents or lines served by BellSouth in Zone 1 of the following MSAs: Atlanta, GA;

Local Switching. 4.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the services offered pursuant to this Section 4 are limited to DS0 level Local Switching and BellSouth is not required to provide Local Switching pursuant to this Agreement except as set forth in Section 4.2. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall not be required to unbundle local circuit switching for MRC U-Dial for a particular End User when MRCU-Dial: (1) serves an End User with four (4) or more voice-grade (DS0) equivalents or lines served by BellSouth in Zone 1 of the following MSAs: Atlanta, GA;
