Local: Torbay and South Devon NHS FT. The Trust will provide quality assurance of both its own integrated business activity and the services it commissions on behalf of the community. A quality and safety report reports all social care quality, safety, and performance metrics quarterly. Interim performance monitoring is via the ASCPB; which receives performance reports and updates on ad hoc issues. A Quality Assurance Framework has been developed and is now in use with independent and voluntary sector providers to provide assurance in regard to the quality of care provided to people in their own homes and in care homes
