The subject property is a 3 bedroom service apartment identified as Developer’s Parcel No. M1/14/388 (Unit No. B14-03), Storey No. Level 14, Building No. M1 together with Accessory Parcel No. A769 & A770, Building No. M1, Pangsapuri Tun Perak @ Sungai Melaka (Parkland Residence @ Sungai Melaka) and bearing postal address at B-14-03, 14th Floor, Tower B, Pangsapuri Tun Perak @ Sungai Melaka, Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, 00000 Xxxxxx (“Property”).
