Common use of Location and Space for Future Substation Expansions Clause in Contracts

Location and Space for Future Substation Expansions. For the new substation, the CONCESSIONAIRE shall acquire the necessary land, including the areas for future expansions, established in this annex and as indicated in Chapter 1, Annex 1 of the Technical Procedure PR-20. The spaces for future expansions shall be graded and leveled, for which purpose the required cut and fill works shall be carried out. Such spaces shall be located within the substation’s perimetric fence made of solid materials (brick and concrete), in such a way the CONCESSIONAIRE has control over it.
