Common use of Location Bonus Clause in Contracts

Location Bonus. If the Generating Facility is located in a “High-Value Area”, as set forth below, each Monthly Contract Payment for the entire Term shall receive a Location Bonus calculated as follows: Location Bonus = Sum of monthly XXX Periodn Payments x 0.10.
