Salary and Additional Compensation. 3.1. The Company shall pay the Employee as compensation for the employment services hereunder, a monthly gross salary (the “Salary”) in an amount of NIS 25,000 (reflecting cost of salary of USD 8,000) to be paid according to the Company’s regular and reasonable payroll policy, on or before the ninth business day of each month. In addition, the Company shall pay the Employee for any and all daily travel costs to subject to the prior approval of the Company’s CEO.
3.2. Israeli income tax, social security service, health tax and other applicable withholdings with respect to the Salary shall be deducted from the Salary or all other payments to the Employee, which are subject to withholding. The Salary may be payable by the Company or by a parent company or a subsidiary or another affiliate of the Company, all as shall be determined by the Company.

Salary and Additional Compensation. A. SALARY SCHEDULE PROVISIONS The USD #305 salary schedule is an index schedule that includes salary based on experience and training, additional compensation and longevity pay. Personnel shall be placed on the salary schedule using the following criteria:
1. Vertical placement shall be determined as follows:
a. Upon entering the system, each teacher shall be given full credit for all complete years of teaching in any school accredited by a state department of education or a college or university provided that the teacher held a valid teaching certificate from a state department of education. Teachers given full credit for all complete years of teaching, as described above, shall not be eligible to receive credit for prior work experience provided by section (f) below, regardless of whether the teacher is teaching a course in a CTE pathway.
b. Partial years of teaching outside USD #305 shall not be considered as years for vertical credit on the salary schedule.
c. Partial years of USD #305 employment, either full or part-time, shall be counted as a full year for vertical credit if the total days under contract are 80 or more. Part-time contracts for the total school year within USD #305 shall be counted for vertical movement for each year of service.
d. A teacher who obtains the maximum step for any column may move only one step vertically in any one year after qualifying for the next column of advanced degree status.
e. Upon entering the school system, each non-teaching employee licensed to practice independently shall be given credit on the salary schedule for all professional experience in his/her field.
f. Upon entering the system, teachers hired to teach courses in USD-305-approved CTE pathways must maintain enrollment in an accredited college with a Transition to Teaching program or as required by the CTE specialized certificate program as outlined by the Kansas Department of Education (KSDE). Such teachers may be given credit for work experience in their field that directly relates to their teaching duties. Written verification of qualifying employment experience shall be provided before credit will be given. Degreed CTE teachers or those with occupational licenses or those with industry recognized credentials (as established for CTE licensure by KSDE) who have accumulated “relevant” work experience, defined as experience that directly relates to their teaching duties and which is aligned with the job description and course content in the CTE pathwa...

Salary and Additional Compensation. 25.1 Salary Schedule Office staff shall be paid in accordance with Appendix B- Salary Schedule 2018-2021.
Salary and Additional Compensation. 1. The salary provisions of Initiative Measure D, Ordinance 672, as adopted by the voters on November 4, 1986, are hereby incorporated into this agreement in their entirety. The salary adjustments, if any, shall be implemented as soon as possible after January 1 of each year, and before January 31 unless there is a discrepancy between the City and the FBPA relative to the survey results. In these instances, the discrepancy shall be resolved, and the salary adjustments shall be implemented no later than February 28.
2. If an employee received an increase of more than 3% of base salary as of January 1, 2020 due to the salary survey, no additional salary increase will be received on July 1, 2020.
3. After City Council approval of this MOU, all employees covered by this MOU shall split a lump sum amount of $22,000 in one-time non PERSable payments. Employees covered by this MOU shall receive a minimum gross payment of $500 before taxes and deductions. Any employee who worked overtime between March 31, 2019 and May 25, 2019 shall be eligible to receive an additional proportional share of the remaining $22,000 (after payment of the $500 minimum) based on total number of overtime hours worked. The City reserves the right at its sole discretion, to distribute this one-time payment prior to July 1, 2019.
