Libre may share Your GPS tracking information and Your background information with law enforcement or government personnel if (i) such disclosure is in response to a subpoena, search warrant, court order or other state or federal law or regulation; (ii) Libre reasonably believes that sharing such information is necessary to prevent serious injury or death to any third parties; (iii) Libre reasonably believes that sharing such information is necessary to protect Your health or safety.
