Common use of Location of accounts Clause in Contracts

Location of accounts. Each Obligor shall promptly: (a) comply with any requirement of the Facility Agent as to the location or relocation of any Earnings Account; and (b) execute any documents which the Facility Agent specifies to create or maintain in favour of the Security Agent Security over (and/or rights of set-off, consolidation or other rights in relation to) the Earnings Accounts.

Each Obligor Owner shall promptly: : (a) comply with any requirement of the Facility Agent as to the location or relocation re-location of any the Earnings AccountAccount in relation to that Owner; and and (b) execute any documents which the Facility Agent reasonably specifies to create or maintain in favour of the Security Agent Trustee a Security Interest over (and/or rights of set-off, consolidation or other rights in relation to) the Earnings AccountsAccount in relation to that Owner.
