Common use of Location of Class Clause in Contracts

Location of Class. Courses will be taught on a college campus/site, at the high school, or online. • College campus courses: o The College will provide a classroom, technology, and equipment appropriate for the discipline. o The College will provide the college instructor with access to the appropriate facilities. • High school campus courses: o The ISD will provide a classroom, technology, and equipment appropriate for the discipline. o The ISD will provide the college instructor with access to the appropriate facilities. • Online courses: o The College will comply with the THECB’s adopted Principles of Good Practice for Courses Offered Electronically.
